Al-Sabah Company was established in Iraq in 1959 by Al-Haj Sabah (Abu Khaled) as a specialized ice cream manufacturing company. It has expanded its operations through the family’s generations, founding ice cream factories in Iraq and Jordan since 1980, becoming one of the pioneering companies in establishing ice cream factories in the Middle East.
