You can delete your Bellato account and the data linked to it at any time, in either of two ways:
1. In the app
Open the Bellato app → Account → Delete account → confirm. Your account and personal data are deleted immediately, you are signed out on every device, and the account cannot be restored.
2. By e-mail
Send a message to info@alsabahgolden.com with the subject “Account deletion request”, from the e-mail address on your account or quoting your registered mobile number. We will delete it within 30 days at most.
What is deleted
- Account details: name, e-mail, mobile number and password.
- Saved addresses, wishlist and the notification ID.
What we keep
Past orders and invoices are kept for as long as Saudi accounting and tax regulations require, and are used for nothing else.
